About me

Ali Iles is a Reflexology & Massage Therapist offering complementary therapies to help bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions plus providing you with time for relaxation - relieving tension and helping to improve your sense of wellbeing and health.

Treatments available include - Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage andThai Foot Massage.

Reflexology is a natural and holistic art of healing - a complementary therapy.
It is a precisely defined form of treatment based on the principle that the anatomy of the body is reflected in miniature on reflex zones/points on the feet and hands. By working on these reflexes using specific techniques of holds and pressures, blockages in the energy pathways are cleared, inducing relaxation and balance.
Reflexology can be used to help restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium.

  • Helps with relaxation
  • Improves mood
  • Aids sleep
  • Helps relieve tension
  • Improves a sense of wellbeing

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions - Treating the whole person, not just symptoms.

With a personal interest in women's health and well-being, further professional studies completed in Reflexology & Conception/Sub-Fertility and Maternity Reflexology during pregnancy.

Massage Therapy

Swedish Body Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment to soothe away stress and tension.

Swedish Body Massage uses a variety of different techniques, from long gliding flowing strokes to kneading, friction and tapping movements on the soft tissues of the body. Sometimes the use of passive or active joint movements are also used.

Thai Foot Massage - includes massaging the Feet and Lower legs (up to the knees), involving hands on massage and stretching to 'open' SEN (energy) lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai foot massage stick to stimulate the reflex points on the feet.

Thai foot massage stimulates these points to promote general health and well-being. Leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced and invigorated.
Great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs, and improving flexibility.

Based in Downend, Bristol, Ali can provide a Mobile therapist service so you can relax at home in your own comfortable surroundings (I bring everything needed).
