I am an advanced clinical massage therapist with a wide toolbox of techniques and practice a variety of massages from gentle and soothing aromatherapy & facial massage, deep tissue, relaxing Thai foot and Indian head massage and the complete chill-out experience of hot stone fusion massage.
Massage manipulates the layers of muscle and connective tissue to promote relaxation, enhance function and aid healing. It may help with both physical pain relief and management as well as with psychological problems such as anxiety and depression.
Each of my clients is individual and I consider my clients holistically, looking at the whole picture and creating a unique massage for each person. Pure Bliss Massage is based in my home therapy room in South Bristol.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 17 years experience as a massage therapist, originally training in aromatherapy massage, followed by Indian head massage. Over the last 8 years I have undertaken continuing professional development at the renowned Jing Institute in Brighton, where I have taken courses on Hot Stone Massage, Table Thai massage and advanced musculo-skeletal anatomy & physiology. I and have recently completed their year long ACMT (Advanced Clinical Massage Techniques) course.
