About me

I am an Original Japanese Usui Reiki Master, offering treatments and courses to people and horses, (specialising in horse and rider combinations at whatever level, from competition to new relationships).

Using Reiki is a wonderful journey and I love to give Reiki and feel that in this day and age of stresses and strains, a treatment can leave you feeling refreshed and renewed for anything.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am qualified through Reiki Evolution, and trained by Sarah Berrisford of Epona Equine Reiki Centre, near Spalding.

I offer Usui original Reiki which is a beautiful and uncomplicated treatment that gives balance and healing energy. Please visit my website for more information.

I have a wealth of experience with horses, cats - indeed most animals - and can offer treatments and training.

I am trained to Master level and insured for treatments.

Further information

I am 56 years old and am married to Bruce (coming up to 30 years), we have two dogs and one horse and live in a very small village in Lincolnshire. We are both gardeners for a living, and I am hoping that my Reiki healing will become my everyday work in the long term.

Horses are my passion, and I own a 26 year old (going on 5) bay TB mare and as anyone will know who owns a TB, they can be challenging at times. I trained with Rose Louis and learnt a good deal of my knowledge from her, riding lots of different horses and diagnosing potential areas for training etc. I was a late starter and didn't ride until I was 30, and started with an TB/Arab/pony X that was my soul mate and again, she was very challenging. There started the big adventure with horses and I desperately wanted to get "into" the horse world. So there starts the Reiki route.

I think the phrase All People - All Horses covers it. Whilst I would love to give Reiki to anyone who would like the experience and benefits, I also would love to give Reiki to horse and rider/owner because I can see the immense benefits to both.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
