The Birbeck Natural Health Centre is based in Sidcup, Kent and has provided the highest standards of complimentary health care to the Sidcup and Bexley areas. The services we provide include Osteopathy, Cranial Osteopathy, Sports Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropody, Reflexology, Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Homeopathy. All our practitioners are fully registered and insured.The Birkbeck is conveniently located near train and bus stops and has both FREE off street and off street parking. We will be more than happy to talk to you and advise you over the telephone and some of our practitioners provide free consultations. It is against the law for anyone in the UK to practice using the title 'Osteopath' without registering with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).

This professional body regulates all osteopaths in the UK and sets and promotes high standards of competency, conduct and safety.

We are open Monday to Saturday, our opening times are 8 am to 7.30 pm week days and 8am to 3 pm Saturdays.
