About us

Your health and well-being will always be the primary concern. Our aim is to provide the highest standard of patient care in a well-established, friendly and professional setting. Our receptionists are familiar with the therapies and can advise you on which therapy would be appropriate to your condition or arrange a Practitioner to contact you.

Our knowledge and experience means our treatments not only deal with the root cause of an existing problem, but also improve your general health which has a preventative benefit for the future. We see people of all ages, from new born babies to the elderly. We also have male and female practitioners. Concessions are available in some of our therapies please enquire on booking. Discretion is assured. We offer a range of workshops and courses both for clients and practitioners.

Training, qualifications & experience

All practitioners at the Centre are members of professional bodies which administer their own Codes of Ethics, and are fully covered by professional indemnity insurance. All offer many years of experience in their chosen field.

Association of Reflexologists

The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.

Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Relax and unwind with a Swedish Massage.  Amy  will work the muscles with oil warming up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhesions.

An aromatherapy massage is a gentle, relaxing massage that uses the properties of the essential oils to bring about affect. Your therapist will tailor the blend of essential oils to suit your individual needs.

Indian head massage will release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Remedial Massage- Peter Davies    15 mins – 45 mins                                               £15 - £25

Anyone whose muscles are under regular stress or who is suffering from muscle stiffness, soreness or a limited range of motion can benefit from Remedial Massage. Friday

Tui Na Massage – Bob Cheung          1hr                                                                          £50

Tui Na Massage has been a vital part of Chinese Medical Practice for more than 4000 years and is now increasing in popularity in the West. Bob will use varying amounts of pressure on the relevant meridian points to allow Chi to flow harmoniously again. Tui Na is great for generalised pain and sports injuries. The massage does not require the removal of any clothing.

This is a gentle method of adjusting the bones to improve skeleton alignment. In doing so it enables nervous system to work more efficiently, relieves pain and  discomfort and increases mobility. Free spine check. Available evenings.

Chiropractic – Lawrence Benner                                                                      £40 - £50

Chiropractic is primarily a manual gentle treatment. Spinal adjustment/manipulation of neuromusculoskelatal disorders such as lower back pain, neck pains and associated headaches, sciatica, arm, elbow, hip, knee and ankle strains.

Abergavenny Affordable Acupuncture (AAA)                                                £15 - £35

Treatment for those on a low wage or entitled to benefits.

More than one patient is seen at any one time but treatment is given in completely separate rooms. The AAA clinic is on a Tuesday between 10am and 3pm.

Psychosynthesis is a psychology which regards each person as unique. It is an approach that is personalised in line with the needs of the individual. As well as talking through your concerns it also works with your dreams, your drawings of guided imagery.

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body.

Reiki                       1hr                                                                                                          £45

Reiki is a non invasive way of transmitting healing energy which promotes balance within the body. Reiki can either be given by the Reiki Practitioner with hands on, or hands raised slightly above the body. This enables your own energy to re-balance and facilitate healing. The treatment is given with you fully clothed.


Struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction or unwanted habits such as smoking, binge- eating or phobias? Or even if you just find it difficult to relax; hypnotherapy will help you through to a healthier state of being.

Treatments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Please check the price list to see which therapies are available on each day.
