About me
I am a Complementary Therapist. Skincare Professional and former Practice Nurse/Midwife. I offer a range of treatments including Clinical Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and associated holistic therapies, pregnancy massage, and advanced skincare treatments. I am also a Senior Hypnotherapist with the GHR.
As an aromatherapy massage therapist, I aim to offer bespoke treatments to suit the client. You can choose a single treatment, or combine aromatherapy with acupuncture, hypnotherapy with acupuncture etc. So, if you were experiencing shoulder pain, I could offer a massage with anti-inflammatory oils, followed by acupuncture while you rest under an infra-red lamp. If you have menopausal issues, I could offer massage therapy, acupuncture and also hypnotherapy for the menopause - and so on...
As a former practice Nurse, I developed an interest in skin care, and skin disorders. I am trained in several advanced skin treatments which can improve the condition of your skin, acne , rosacea, fine lines and wrinkles. These include Dr Platon Cold Plasma, Cryotherapy, Electrolysis, micro-needling, radiofrequency, LED and chemical peels - incorporating the cosmeceutical grade CliniCare products. If you prefer a more holistic approach to skincare, I also offer facials using the lovely Eve Taylor range of products. Full details are available via my website.

I have a lovely, quiet treatment room in the Wellbeing Zone, which is on the upper floor of the former Drs surgery in Overseal near Swadlncote. My room is warm and inviting. I adhere to professional guidelines and can assure you that your consultations will remain confidential. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate. Treatments are by appointment only, and consultation forms are emailed to you in advance via secure clinical software. Payment is preferable via my card machine, but cash, cheques, or prior bank transfer are also accepted.

FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
