Yoga with mindfulness
Slow flow yoga with elements of mindfulness, meditation and pranayama to help counteract the stresses of modern day living.
Held at Arundel Scout Hall every Monday and Wednesday 9.30 to 10.30am.
The experience of 14 years giving deep tissue massage is useful for understanding the needs of the body. The sessions aim for ease and wellbeing over cranking into difficult poses. Having said that the body also welcomes opportunities to build strength and release tension. Vinyasa is flowing gradual movement which accommodates this.
