When you book on to my Reiki One workshop, you will be part of a small group of others who are starting their Reiki healing journey to becoming a healer. You will learn about the history of Reiki, chakras, hand positions, and how to channel Reiki. You will be taken on a guided meditation where you will meet your spirit guide.
The workshop lasts a day, and during this time, you will have four attunements as part of becoming a Reiki One healer.
