Ultimate well-being 6 week online course
Course description
Each week I will be teaching and taking you step-by-step through a variety of meditation’s, awareness-based practices, and techniques to empower you to take care of you. These practices have come from a variety of traditions, Tibetan, Zen, and Buddhism which are all adapted for easy learning!
The sessions will be delivered to you via Zoom so you can take part in the comfort of your home. You will receive all the meditation’s in a course manual and also in an audio form to enable you to practice supporting your well-being.
The meditation/awareness-based practices that you will learn will enable you to experience some of the following benefits;

I am an experienced Reiki Master and I have been working with this energy for over 15 years. I offer training, workshops and one to one treatments for your wellbeing in SW London. My background is in the social care sector, I have excellent experience working with people with a variety of needs and I am very skilled at navigating group process.
