This level means 'The Entrance' or 'The Beginning' and is the first step into the Reiki journey. At this level you will be able to treat family, friends and animals, it is also training to understand who you are letting go of attachments and facades, facing your true nature! This level will be the start of a life changing experience, understanding nature and the world about us, enabling us to feel compassion and kindness to all things.

The Reiki course is over two days, the second day to be arranged at the convenience of the students. A comprehensive manual and recordings of the Reiki course will be given at the end of the course, also a certificate. Free Reiki refresh courses are available for a year after the course, Reiki sharing groups are held regularly and also meditation workshops.

Jenny teaches Reiki that has been practised in Japan since time began, long before Reiki was moved to the West. The early Reiki teachings consider that the Reiki System is not all about treatments, but about us, self discovery and our true selves. I volunteered for a Charity to go to Bosnia to treat war, torture and rape victims after the war.
