Reiki level one training teaches the participant the basics of Reiki and will cover the following:
- What Reiki is and the history of Reiki.
- How Reiki works and how you can raise your energy levels prior to giving Reiki.
- How to prepare for and give Reiki to yourself and your family and friends.
- Confidentiality in relation to any health issues that are shared with you.
- What happens to someone when they receive Reiki.
- Basic anatomy and physiology.
- Being attuned to Reiki.
- The opportunity to practice Reiki.
