Join us for Reiki level 1 training by the sea in Somerset. This Reiki level 1 course is a beginner course open to all those curious and wishing to learn how Reiki can be a life-enhancing experience and to feel the benefits it can bring.

In Reiki level 1, you will learn the history of Reiki, hand placement positions, get to practice on others in class, and you will receive four attunements to Reiki energy.

Handouts and in-class support give you a sound grounding on the basics of this magical healing.

Reiki level 1 can be completed just for your own healing or it can be the first training step in becoming a professional Reiki practitioner.
