Reiki level 1 accredited training

Somerset Holistic Therapies
Reiki Level 1, also called Shoden in Japanese is for those who may be new to Reiki, have no previous experience or knowledge of Reiki, and may be curious to learn more about Reiki. You may want to learn how to support your own well-being and help relieve stress by being able to use Reiki self-healing methods, using the ancient practice of Reiki to help restore and balance mind body and spiritual energy.
It is the entry-level Reiki training where you will learn about Reiki, be attuned to Reiki energy and be shown how to use it safely and effectively for self-healing and for use on family and friends. It is a standalone course for those wanting their own supportive method of self-healing, and to be able to use Reiki on a non-paid basis with family and friends.
Reiki Level 1 is also the first entry-level training required by those wishing to work to become a professional Reiki Practitioner working towards the Somerset Holistic Therapies Professional Reiki Practitioner Accredited Diploma which is accredited with the UK Reiki Federation, the Reiki Council and with The Complementary Natural Healthcare Council. The Professional Practitioner Diploma meets NOS National Occupational Standards, Core Curriculum for Reiki, equipping the student to practice confidently and work in many regulated settings such as the NHS
