Outdoor well-being for teens
Teenagers have had their own challenges over the past few months.
It's not easy being a teenager at the best of times, but having your social support network whipped away, exams being cancelled, prelim results suddenly becoming extremely important (and we know we never try as hard in prelims?!) and trying to get to grips with the different platforms for communicating with school.
I do think teenagers deserve credit for getting through it all.
The teenager outdoor sessions have always been a favourite of mine (I know we're not meant to have favourites!), so I am delighted to be able to offer a safe space for teenagers to socially interact in a socially distanced way.
The sessions will include mindfulness and other positive mental health and well-being strategies, as well as creative woodland activities.
Sessions will run 1pm-3pm on the following dates:
- Monday 13th/20th/27th July
- Wednesday 15th/22nd/29th July
- Friday 17th/24th/26th July
Cost: £45 for three sessions.
