Outdoor well-being for adults
This is mindfulness for both the experienced practitioner and newbies alike.
In this two-hour adult only session, you can move towards a more mindful life, and learn how to be fully present in any given moment.
It is said this is the key to better mental health: the past is gone, the future not yet written. We can only live in this very moment, so we must learn how to appreciate it.
Sessions will run at 7pm-9pm on the following dates:
