Are you feeling stressed, having problems falling or staying asleep, or are you finding it difficult to concentrate or motivate yourself? Then this new meditation course could be just what you need.
This online course starts on 3rd February from 6:45pm - 8pm and is run monthly. It is open to just five people and costs £55.
This course will provide you with the skills and techniques to tune into the peace that is within you and will help you to stay focused and centred regardless of what is happening around you. It will give you a quiet space in your busy life, allowing time to relax completely and experience stillness.
There will be time to check-in and share your experience and to create a space where everyone feels listened to and supported. The course is open to complete beginners as well as those wishing to go deeper into stillness.
Included on the course will be the following:
- The benefits of meditation.
- The mechanics of breathing.
- How to set up a meditation space.
- Progressive muscle meditation.
- Candle gazing.
- As well as different techniques to try on the course and at home.
By the end of the course, you will have been given the tools to be able to benefit from having a regular meditation practice that you can use on a regular basis to help build self-confidence, improve mental health, reduce negative thinking and it will also give you the ability to relax completely and experience stillness.
