Mudra meditation day
A full day of meditation with mudras (asanas), to help you re-balance on all levels. Designed for progressive relaxation and self-awareness as you move through over 30 mudras during the day.
Bringing you skills for continued good health and well-being.
It's important to wear comfortable clothing and bring a light lunch as the energy will build within through the day.
You can book onto a workshop currently running or arrange your own to suit. Can also book for your own groups.
