Meditation is not a technique it's a way of life, one which stays with us night and day, it is an essential part of our lives. Mindfulness is exactly the same, do you ever stare at an insect or bird for a while? This is mindfulness, feeling the connection to nature and all things, is part us, we just need to recognise this power within.
Meditation and mindfulness enable us to live each moment.
Jenny teaches Reiki that has been practised in Japan since time began, long before Reiki was moved to the West in the 1930's by Hawayo Takata. The early Reiki teachings consider that the Reiki system is not all about treatments, and hands on healing but about us, our self discovery and our true selves. Jenny is a teacher graduate of IHReiki.
