This one-day course is a transformational process of self-development/healing. You will learn a self-help tool that starts a journey of self-love and kindness for yourself. 

The course will cover:

You will receive a comprehensive course manual that will give you information about the history of Reiki, your lineage and more.

Four attunements, opening energy centres of the hand, heart, third eye and crown which will open you to connect and be a conduit for the flow of Universal Life Force/Reiki energy.

Meditations to ground you and connect with the energy of Universal Energy.

You will learn hand positions to gift yourself a treatment and how to gift to family and friends.

There will be time for group process and exploration.

Ample time to practice and gain confidence with class members.

How to ground and cleanse your energy field.

Guidance on continuing your process and deepening your connection.

Post-course support is provided.

At the end of the day, you will receive an authorised Reiki 1 certificate.
