Learn to relax and de-stress, as you are taken through a series of guided meditation and relaxation techniques. Helping to restore a sense of balance to body systems, as you gently replenish through the day. Includes useful re-balancing techniques to use in you daily living, to promote a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
Can be delivered as a full day workshop, one to one, with personal feedback, Reiki healing and chakra re-balancing as needed, or to your own groups. Plus distant sessions via video link or Skype.
