Learn the foundations of kinesiology by learning how to do manual muscle tests.
The course gives you the foundations to support families and friends with their health and well-being. The foundation course can also support additional professional health qualifications to support your current clinic sessions.
You will learn how to test for food sensitivities, support individuals with digestive issues, hormone imbalances, adrenal stress, and pain, as well as learn techniques to support learning and development - and much more!
