I will be sharing personal stories and reciting extracts from my published poetry book.

I’m Nikita and for as long as I can remember, I have had a curiosity for all things related to healing, wellbeing and personal development, through Yoga, mindfulness meditation, journaling and writing poetry. I run workshops, retreats designed to support people through periods of change and transition, guiding them towards their life purpose.
