Introduction to Reiki - full day workshop
Learn about Reiki and energetic healing in this full-day, introductory workshop, with the opportunity to practice and apply techniques to yourself. A training manual is supplied so you can continue to apply skills to yourself after for ongoing development if you wish. Great as a taster to Reiki or a refresher and for self-healing, awareness, and an improved sense of well-being. Personal feedback will be provided throughout the day.
You will relax through the day as you apply techniques, so wear comfortable clothing and bring a light lunch and snacks.
