Hot and cold stone therapy
Using hot and cold stones to massage the body allows heat/cold to penetrate the surrounding muscles. The result is a deep feeling of relaxation for the client whilst enabling the therapist to perform deep massage with the minimum strain and effort.
It can aid chakra balancing and also be used in conjunction with other therapies like reflexology, aromatherapy, sports, remedial and lymph drainage.

Your training group will be small, usually no more than 4 students, to ensure maximum individual attention. Other training dates can be organised on request.
