Using hot and cold stones to massage the body allows heat/cold to penetrate the surrounding muscles. The result is a deep feeling of relaxation for the client whilst enabling the therapist to perform deep massage with the minimum strain and effort.

It can aid chakra balancing and also be used in conjunction with other therapies like reflexology, aromatherapy, sports, remedial and lymph drainage.

Kit supplied for the training day. 

Rather than a set timetable of training courses and workshops, they are arranged as requested so if this is something that you would like to do with us and you are unable to attend this one, please do let me know and I can look at arranging a different date.
Training groups will be between one to four people.
