Guided meditation class
A stress busting enjoyable evening. Guided meditation is suitable for everyone including complete beginners, no experience is necessary. You bring a cushion and a mat and get into whichever position you are comfortable with.
I will then talk you through the meditation guiding your mind into a relaxed state that will last about 45mins to an hour. Harp music accompanies the class which is played by local Harpist Gill Beely. Music can be very healing and Harp music, in particular, can help to complement a very relaxed state.
Afterwards, there is time for chat with others over a nice cup of herbal tea. You should feel uplifted and in a calm state and ready to take on the world, weekly session are recommended to help you maintain the feeling of wellness.
Advice on further home meditation will be discussed and chat about other general complementary therapies will be available.
Ideal for the stressed individual who finds it difficult to switch off or has a very busy life with little personal quality time.
