I love hosting my series of monthly online meditation classes, for anyone who wants to experience instant calm and inner peace.

Each month, I choose a different theme based on what is current.

In January, we explored the difference between mindfulness and meditation, and how they can complement each other. I was also invited to talk about the benefits of both on BBC radio, following on from Esther Ghey's campaign to bring mindfulness in schools.

February's session was about taking a deep dive into the heart chakra, in alignment with Valentine's Day. We explored what self-love means and how we can cultivate it on a daily basis through acts of kindness and positive self-talk.

Feedback received was that participants felt lighter and slept deeper as a result of this session. This is my small gift to you each month.
