How would it feel to wake up every day with an inner knowing that whatever the day threw your way, your happiness was unshakeable?

What would you be doing with your life if you had broken through your self-limiting beliefs and knew how to stop yourself falling back into those patterns?

How different would your life be if you understood how to help all your relationships thrive and grow?

Finding Your Happy: 16 Guidelines for Life gives people practical tools to help them live a life like that: a life where they better understand themselves and get happier as a result. But it’s more than that; happier people make a happier world.

These workshops are for anyone who knows their life could be better than it is; and not by getting the newest phone, or more money, or a bigger house. If you’re feeling like there’s something missing, if you know that there’s more to life, and if you want practical tools to discover all of this and more, perhaps 16G is what you have been looking for.

Special one-off price for the first course of 2020!

  • 16G level one course: £80 - £100 (sliding scale based on ability to pay), which includes 16G handbook and 16G cards, teas/coffees, and home bakes.

Please bring a packed lunch both days.

Venue - Port Elphinstone Community House, Flat 1 Pinewood House, Port Elphinstone, Inverurie, AB51 3UX.

Minimum of six for the course to run, so please spread the word!
