Gillian from AndBreathe is running family wellbeing sessions throughout the school holidays on a Wednesday morning at Bennachie Leisure Centre.
We will share and learn wellbeing skills to support the whole family (P1-P7), with a mix of mindfulness, mini-me yoga and other practical activities. Come and have some fun as a family!
