Whether you are just curious about the power of EFT, a therapist who wants to add another tool to your portfolio, or plan to become an EFT Practitioner, level 1 is where it all starts. 

EFT is a fantastic tool to help yourself and others in stressful or overwhelming moments or use it as a daily routine to calm your nerves and increase your resilience. While this foundation training alone does not lead to a professional Practitioner Certification, you will learn how to support yourself and your family and friends in stressful and challenging life situations. Knowing you have this self-help tool at your fingertips to use when necessary is empowering and may well be life changing. 

After this course, you will have a thorough understanding of what happens in the body and mind when we tap. You will have learned and practised tapping with your classmates and have gained the confidence to explore EFT for yourself and experience what it can do for you. If you are a practising therapist or health professional, you will be able to use EFT straight away with your clients/patients and help them stay calm and balanced.  

After this full day training, there will be two follow-up sessions for you to report your experiences, ask questions, and refresh your practice. (Times to be agreed). This training is limited to eight participants.

This course lays the basis for the level 2 practitioner training which will enable you to practice as a Certified Accredited EFT Practitioner and offer EFT as a mind body therapy to clients who may want support with addictions, weight issues, phobias, limiting beliefs, performance improvement, relationship problems, and much more.
