I'm Nikita and I am passionate about taking people on a journey of self-discovery, towards clarity and focus to bring meaning to their identity.
Join myself and a group of like-minded individuals, for astimulating personal development workshop. Three hours of intensive Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) merged with a spiritual approach. You will experience a powerful meditation, journaling exercises, and plant a seed for understanding who you are and your purpose in life.
3rd March 4-7pm includes light refreshments. £75 if booked by 3rd February (£100 thereafter).
I love taking people on a journey of self-discovery. I get a buzz out of seeing aha moments or light bulbs go off in people's minds as they unravel something that had been blocked for months, if not years.
I enjoy sharing ideas, exchanging stories and creating a positive environment for people to be open (if they choose to). There's no pressure to open up, although I have seen the most reserved, shy people end up sharing due to the safe space we create for them.
What I find the most rewarding is when a workshop participant reports back to me that something significant has changed in their life as a result of attending this workshop.
Dharma means purpose, although at its core it means finding your true personality. Removing all masks, conditioning, social norms and tapping into that deep part of yourself. I have been advocating for a while, that the time has come for us to stop faking and start being real. Authentic is the buzzword at the moment - which to me means being true to myself.
If you are a man or woman aged 35-55 years, feeling stuck in one or more areas of your life, and are craving change, then this workshop couldn't have come at a better time for you! I can't guarantee you will walk away with all the answers, but in the past people have said things started to shift and new doors opened for them within weeks, if not days of the session.
