Beyond the mind workshop
Learn to connect with your true essence that exists beyond the mind. The eternal self that cannot be destroyed or diminished. Through a day of deep, soul guided meditation and re-balancing. You will be taken on a personal journey to defragment your mind and touch the ‘I AM’ presence, the eternal essence of your being. Beyond the soul and ego concepts of existence, for a deeper sense of oneness with yourself and all creation, that you can continue to cultivate beyond the day. Facilitating healing, a sense of eternal peace and raised consciousness.
You will be meditating throughout the day. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light lunch.
