Are you struggling to sleep well? Maybe you’re stressed or anxious, Come along to this relaxing workshop to learn some techniques to help you sleep.
About the workshop
You’ll get to use Emotional Freedom Techniques, a way to relax the nervous system and reduce cortisol allowing your mind and body to prepare better for sleep. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t heard of EFT before, I’ll guide you!
Bring a mat, a blanket and prepare for some rest, including a little music, breathwork, muscle relaxation and guided meditation with nap at the end!
This in-person event is in the yurt at the Happy Body Project wellness centre near Wilstead, just south of Bedford.
Hi, I’m Kelly! I’m passionate about helping clients to release stress and anxiety. I particularly love using Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT /tapping for short) tapping points on your upper body and face sends a calming message to the brain to allow it to relax your mind and body! This offers deep inner calm and a release of old tension. ❤️
