Art and meditation workshop
Art is a beautiful form of healing and expression as well besides other creative fields.
What eo expect
In this workshop we will be exploring colour and acrylics as a medium, and how spending time with ourselves and expressing what we normally would not find easy to flow, can be put on canvas and just for some time let go of the constant turmoil within to a lead us to a stillness and feeling of calm and joy for some time.
It will be painting florals in bold and loose or of a picture of flowers that you choose to do, after a couple of hours we end the session with a meditation called yoga nidra. Just like Ayurveda art and painting can bring a balance to our emotional self.
The group is small 4-6 students max.
Paints and other materials can be provided at a very nominal cost or one can bring their own. Small easels are provided.
