This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn about meditation in a safe and supportive environment. It is for complete beginners or for those with some experience. Helping those who wish to reduce stress, anxiety, be more calm and peaceful or generally connect more with self/grow spiritually.
Suitable for beginners as experience not needed; just an open-mind and being willing to learn in a group setting.
