Alexander technique and 21st century posture
A five week course run by myself together with another local Alexander technique teacher.
You will learn how to avoid strain and stress in every day modern life and activities with the Alexander Technique principles.
The course will help reduce back and neck pain, deals with repetitive strain injuries and helps with daily stress.

About Daniela Sangiorgio
Daniela Sangiorgio will be running this event with another Alexander Teacher. We are both members of the Society for Teachers of the Alexander Technique. We are also certified Display Screen Equipment Ergonomic Assessors. We currently teach “Are you suffering from 21st Century Posture?” in N16, as well as private one to one lessons.
