Sleep – If you know your going to be unable to sleep during a night time flight then it is a good idea to try and rest before you fly as rest will help to keep your schedule on track. If you find yourself unable to sleep during the day then close the curtains, dim the lights, turn of all gadgets and take a nice bath to help induce sleep.
Herbal remedies – Natural options such as herbal remedies are great for preventing sleeplessness, nausea, anxiety, digestive troubles and restlessness. Some recommended ones try are root extracts from veggies and fruits such as daisy, chamomile and club moss.
Water – Though plane toilets are a little uncomfortable at the best of times, don’t let the idea of nature calling whilst your mid flight put you off from drinking water and keeping hydrated.
