Hi, I'm Tracey and I provide Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Based in Hereford, Herefordshire, I offer both mobile/home visits and treatments within my own premises.

- Reflexology Level 3 Diploma (Eileen Gilmour School of Holistics)
- Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) Registered
- Full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR)
The Association of Reflexologists is the foremost independent professional body for reflexology in the UK, a requisite for membership involves a need for the highest level of training and continuous development.
I further gained my Hot Stone Reflexology and Indian Head Massage qualifications through Sole Therapies Cheltenham. I am also involved as a Learning Support Assistant on the Level 3 Reflexology Diploma Course.

Your initial treatment 1.5 hour including a free full consultation, all subsequent treatments are 1 hour.
It is generally recommended that a course of 4-6 treatments are arranged, however individual relaxation treatments are available. Book a course of 6 treatments and receive the 6th Treatment free! Taster sessions (20 mins) are also available in clinic only for just £10.
Hot Stone Reflexology £40
Hot Stone Reflexology treatment involves the use of hot smooth stones on the feet and lower legs. This is a deeply relaxing treatment and works the reflexes on a deeper level. A slightly longer treatment requiring approximately 80 mins.
Indian Head Massage £25
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing and calming neck, head and facial massage which can help to release stress and accumulated tension in the upper body. It can encourage the release of stagnant energy within the whole body and and can also help to alleviate jaw tension and headaches. Treatment time is 45 mins.
I am able to travel to Hereford and the surrounding Herefordshire area. Home visits outside of a 6 Mile radius of Madley, Hereford, Herefordshire will be charged a mileage rate. Please contact me if you would like to discuss.
