Redruth Osteopathic Clinic

Qualified Osteopath. I trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London.
I became interested in osteopathy after receiving treatment for ongoing injuries while competing as an international rower and sculler during the 1980's and 90's. The osteopathic approach enabled me to come back from a debilitating back injury that had threatened to put paid to my sporting ambitions. The treatment I received allowed me to return to the top level and represent GB at further World Championships, Commonwealth Games and Olympics.
I bring to my osteopathic sessions personal experience of what it is like to work in office based scenarios, outside type work, physical sport based jobs and also the various leisure demands we can have in our lives.
My aim is to explain to my patients a view of what is going on and why they have ended up coming to me. I want my patients to gain control so that they feel empowered to deal with their situation successfully.
