Welcome, I am Tina Berry, Stress Management Coach and owner of ‘Lighting the way to Change’
I am a qualified counsellor with experience of supporting individuals ranging from children struggling in mainstream education, adults with complex learning disabilities and spending time in a rehabilitation centre, counselling clients recovering from drug and alcohol addictions.
In my practice, I offer tailored made treatments to suit the needs of the individual. This may include Reiki, Stress Management or FasterEFT which is a unique combination of NLP, Hypnosis and Meridian tapping
I coach my clients to experience more calm, more peace and less stress in their day to day lives. I help them to eliminate the self – limiting beliefs that have held them back from creating the life that they want.
Within my coaching sessions, I use FasterEFT, a dynamic combination of NLP, Guided Imagery and Meridian Tapping to address issues like Grief and Loss, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, Phobias, Exam/Interview Anxiety, Addictions, Low Self Esteem, Relationship Problems and much more. No matter what life challenges you are dealing with, I can guide you.
