The Green Well
Therapies For Life
25 Daws Lane
At The Green Well we believe massage therapy isn't just about giving yourself a treat -it's an opportunity to create time and space for your mind and body to relax, repair and rejuvenate itself.
We combine techniques from holistic, sports, thai, indian head and deep tissue massage. So whether it's for general relaxation or a sport's injury your treatment will be individually tailored to suit you.
We specialise in the following treatments:
- Pregnancy Massage
- Sports Injuries
- Computer related tension
We also recognise our responsibility to the environment and try our best to both protect and support it - with this in mind we are proud to donate 5% of our profits to the London Wildlife Trust.
Training, qualifications & experience
As sisters we were born and raised in London. In 2008 we both reached a stage in our careers (Cassandra as a Manager in the hospitality industry and Anna as Head of Operations for a national charity) where we thought - is this it...is this what we've been working towards...
Then a turning point...
Following a few days away we received what was to become an inspirational massage treatment that led us to study at the Academy of Natural Health and the Quantum Metta School of Massage. We are now qualified holistic massage therapists (holding ITEC and MTI qualifications), have training in pregnancy massage as well as training in sports' therapy (with the APNT) .
We see massage therapy as an opportunity to create time and space while the stresses, strains and tensions of our active lives are alleviated - leaving us relaxed, repaired and rejuvenated.
