Profile

I am a fully qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique having completed a full time 3 year course.  I came to the Alexander Technique about 20 years ago after experiencing neck and back pain.  I found the Technique extremely helpful, so much so that I gave up my career in Human Resources to train to become a teacher.

The Alexander Technique can help you release stress, obtain an improved posture and help with back, neck and joint pain.  It is very gentle and suitable for all ages.

My teaching room is located on the ground floor of my house in Surrenden Road in Brighton.  There is ample free on-street parking.

I am also a teacher at The Brighton Alexander Technique College, which trains students to become teachers themselves.

Fees

£30 for a 45 minute lesson.

Students and Seniors £25.

Why not cut the cost and share a lesson with a friend or partner.  A double lesson costs £40 and lasts an hour.
