Training, qualifications & experience
Having grown up on the Herefordshire Radnorshire border, Tilly graduated from the European school of Osteopathy in 1989. Tilly runs a family based practice working with patients of all ages from newborn to the elderly. Alongside developing her fascial and cranial skills Tilly has completed a number of paediatric courses, KT1/2 kinesio taping courses and specialist shoulder management courses. Having worked in the same area for nearly 30 years Tilly has seen many family members through different problems. It can be a great benefit to understand the pattern of peoples lives. Tilly is joined in practice by 2 other Osteopaths with strong local connections and understanding of our community. Charlotte Howells a farmers daughter from Dorstone Herefordshire living and helping on a dairy farm, and Stephen Richardson a keen Rugby player and triathlete from Ludlow.
All Osteopaths study for a minimum of 30 hours a year to maintain the highest standard of care and to keep up to date with new medical thinking and available treatment.
Tilly has a Special interest in cranial and fascial osteopathy.
