I have been a fully qualified therapist and member of the Complementary Therapists Association since 2003 offering Reflexology, Reiki and Facial Reflexology. I became a Reiki Teacher in 2006.
Although I have completed a number of disciplines since then, I have focused on these three main therapies offering tailored sessions to suit the individual.
Our lifestyle and environment can have an impact on our sense of well-being, creating emotional/physical/mental stresses that take us away from a state of balance. This can lead to us feeling tired, drained and out of synch.
I offer a safe space to unwind, relax and reclaim personal time, giving your body and mind a rest from everyday pressures with the most suitable therapy for you.
As a Reiki Teacher I regularly hold training sessions for those wishing to learn this wonderful therapy.
My classes are small and friendly with ongoing support through all the levels. I am a Teacher Member of the UK Reiki Federation.
