Treatments are sought for back pain, neck pain, headaches / migraines, sports injuries and repetitive strain injuries. The focus of treatments is to relieve pain and symptoms as quickly as possible and to develop a plan of strengthening and performance improvement.
An initial assessment is performed to determine what the problem or injury is and what may have contributed to it. Treatment options can be discussed and treatment is typically included within the initial appointment.
Treatments will usually include a combination of spinal manipulation / adjustments, soft tissue work and fascial release, western medical acupuncture and rehabilitation exercises each tailored to the individual for best results.
