“I had been trying to get pregnant for well over a year and had recently suffered an early miscarriage, so I was interested in exploring acupuncture, as I had heard it could help with fertility. I decided to see Steph as her experience matched exactly what I was looking for. I am so glad that I did. In my first session we had a detailed and lengthy discussion about my history and current situation. Steph made me feel completely relaxed and was wonderful at putting me at ease. I really enjoyed my sessions with her and every single one was tailor made for me and utterly relaxing. She has such a wealth of knowledge and this combined with her calming and caring attitude makes for a fantastic therapist. I am delighted to say that after only six sessions I fell pregnant naturally and am now 32 weeks pregnant with a little boy. I decided to continue with my acupuncture sessions up until my 12 week scan. I believe that acupuncture helped to enhance and strengthen my pregnancy during these early stages.
I am utterly convinced that Steph and her skills contributed to my successful pregnancy after so long trying to conceive with no success and I would absolutely recommend her to other women looking to improve/enhance their fertility.”

"I started seeing Steph after struggling to conceive for two years. She explained her treatments and gave me guidance, support and encouragement. Her professionalism, knowledge and personal approach was significant in making me feel at ease and truly benefiting from the treatment. I eventually became pregnant and Steph was one of the first people I came to see to announce the good news! We continued the acupuncture treatment for my first trimester which was effective through an understandably anxious time. I would like to thank Steph again for being a true professional. Our baby girl is due in May 2012”

"I believe that my case set Steph a real challenge – I have had polio all my life and walk with the aid of crutches and callipers. Fifty odd years of crutches have taken their toll on my shoulders. Steph, however, rose to the challenge and was willing to try several variations of acupuncture that have now resulted in what appears to be a permanent reduction in continuous pain levels. Despite set backs along the way she always remained optimistic and confident of success. I sometimes displayed scepticism but am delighted now that she persuaded me to persevere".

“Stephanie is a highly consumate professional and is also very thorough. She is excellent at creating a relaxed atmosphere and good at putting you at your ease. She has helped me conquer the shoulder pain that has plagued me for years and I regularly see her to help with tense muscles. She has impressed me with her after session follow ups and with suggestions to help with tension in between visits. I can't recommend Stephanie highly enough". "For four years I suffered with terrible back pain. I was misdiagnosed by my doctor with having kidney stones; eventually my doctor realised it was not kidney stones but could not find the cause of my back pain. My daughter for a long time had told me to try acupuncture but I'm a bit of a sceptic with regard to alternative treatments. My pain became increasingly worse forcing me to retire 3 months earlier than I had planned and my quality of life deteriorated. One day my daughter said she had made me an appointment with Steph and I went out of desperation. The day after the first treatment I did not feel any improvement and in fact it seemed to be worse and the pain had moved in my back (Later I learned this was a good thing!). After the second treatment my back felt much better. And after the third treatment the pain has completely and utterly disappeared. I remember walking into Steph's treatment room and telling Steph that she had given me my life back!! Steph replied that was a very powerful statement to make. I can assure you that is no exaggeration. My daughter tells me my catchphrase for weeks after was "I can't believe it I just can't believe it!!". That was 6 months ago and the pain has never returned. I go and see Steph approximately every 6-8 weeks just for a maintenance session". July 2009, J Ferguson, London.
