Thank you for spending the time to look through my profile.
I boxed from an early age before progressing into the Martial arts studying such systems as Karate, Jui
Jitsu and Wing Chun before qualifying as a Jeet Kune Do Instructor under the tutelage of renowned actor

My ability with rehabilitation and understanding of the Martial arts has meant that not only have I worked
with other martial artists but also footballers, rugby players and even dancers, helping to alleviate and

“I have had terrible problems with my left shoulder and general flexibility for decades. I once went to a yoga class many years ago and the instructor couldn’t actually believe how bad I was. Since meeting Simon in January my flexibility has improved no end but more importantly my shoulder has improved immeasurably.
Simon tailors his treatment to suit my aches. He also understands that my main form of exercise is running so his work focuses on keeping me on the road. Aside to this, Simon has helped me with nutrition and I have gradually lost over 2 stone since adopting his guidance. I see him twice a month and look forward to our sessions.
Needless to say I have no hesitation in recommending him.”
