Whilst the energetic quality of shiatsu is part of its unique appeal. I also enjoy the physical nature of shiatsu, engaging with the client to raise their awareness of where they hold tension and what it feels like to release it. I have a special interest in working with back, neck and shoulder problems.

My specialist area is pregnancy and birth and I offer shiatsu treatments in pregnancy and for postnatal recovery and well being.

I also offer individual birth preparation sessions for women and their partners, incorporating massage and acupressure points.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a member of the Shiatsu Society and have completed a three year training with the Bristol School of Shiatsu. I have ten year's clinical experience.

I have also completed further training specialising in Shiatsu for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period with Suzanne Yates of Well Mother.

I am a qualified Relaxation and Stress management teacher and also suggest exercise and relaxation recommendations as part of treatment where appropriate.

Fees

I charge £35 for a sixty minute treatment.

I offer reductions on short courses of treatments.
