Serena Waite MAR
Through the treatment of Reflexology I aim to support you to find a calming, relaxing space within yourself. Sometimes in our lives we can feel like we are struggling, that we feel anxious or stressed, that we may be taking on a lot, trying to meet family commitments, working commitments or caring for other family members and our own self care can take a back seat until we start to notice in our selves that we are feeling tired and stressed, that our sleep may be disrupted and we are finding less and less time for ourselves, like every hour is taken up.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and i have been offering Reflexology for 10 years.
I am passionate about Reflexology as I have noticed how it offers to clients a safe space to just be.
Clients express feeling more calm, better able to approach their days and how they feel more relaxed following Reflexology treatments.
Our very being is always seeking balance, a harmonious state, but sometimes this can be impeded by our busy lives.
Reflexology may help to relieve tension in the body, it may support you to relax and as a result promote in your body your natural resources to balance.
You may after a treatment notice an improvement of sleep disruption or you may feel an easing of stress and related imbalances in the body.
You may also after a treatment feel an improvement in your general well being and mood.
I believe when we offer to ourselves the space that we need, this facilitates our own natural ability to meet our own needs physically, emotionally and spiritually.
As I am based in Rochester and mobile I am happy to travel to areas close to Rochester for example Walderslade, Strood, Frinsbury, Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham, Lordswood and nearby Medway areas.

Other available therapies
For a 1 hour Mobile Reflexology treatment the fee is £35.00
Your first Reflexology treatment consists of a consultation to take personal details and to discuss a treatment tailored to suit your needs. The first treatment therefore takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes longer. All subsequent treatments take approximately 1 Hour.
Your treatment starts with some relaxation to the feet and ankles, followed by the application of gentle pressure to the reflex points in your feet.
People often inquire as to how they will feel after; we are all individuals and no two treatments are experienced the same, but what is often experienced is a deep sense of relaxation. However relaxing can enhance the body's ability to balance itself and may result in the body releasing any toxins that may have been held in tension. So some may experience a feeling of more energy, others may feel tired and some may feel a combination of feelings after, it all depends on the individual.
I am a fully mobile therapist.
