Reiki is the most beautiful art of healing I have encountered. With Reiki unlike other forms of healing system there is no contra indications.
After working with children and families for 5 years I decided that I needed something more positive and peaceful in my life whereby not only healing myself but also being able to help others with Reiki. Especially in this day and age where everyone has such a busy and hectic life Reiki can help with stress reduction and dealing with emotional issues.
Reiki is a non invasive practice whereby the client laid down on the couch fully clothed and if the client prefers gentle touch can be used on the body or hands kept off the body.
Reiki has so many beneficial aspects like:
- helping with pain relief
- helps with stress reducton
- rebalancing the chakras
- deepen your spiritual connectivity with source
- helping one to go within and finding who you really are
- reiki helps to detoxify the body
- or reiki can be used just as a relaxation technique where one feels at peace
I was a bit skeptical about reiki but once I have experienced it; it was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. For I it is a healing system that I would recommend to anyone.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Reiki practitioner and fully insured to practice. I have trained at the Reiki Academy London and I am also a member of the Reiki Academy London.
I have completed Reiki first degree/Shoden level
I have also completed Reiki second degree/Okuden level
I have been practising on friends and families and I have recently started practising on paying clients.
A Reiki session normally lasts between 45-60 minutes.
