Hello my name is Sarah I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2011 and I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I believe that Reflexology is an ideal therapy for people who are looking for a Holistic approach to treating the body and mind.

Reflexology is a steady even massage to the feet which encourages the body to work naturally to restore a healthy balance.

It relieves stress, tension and anxiety, up to 75% of modern day illnesses are thought to be caused by stress.

I offer Reflexology in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Reflexology improves circulation boosts the immune system cleanses the body of toxins and impurities by deep relaxation, it promotes the body to heal itself.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I trained at The Reflexology Academy in Northampton i qualified with an ITEC level 3 in Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology.

For my training we were required to do a 100 case studies.

I work from home but i am mobile too, i am able go to clients houses to give treatments.

I volunteer in Willen Hospice providing massage treatments for the Day Hospice patients.

Fees

The first appointment normally takes 1 hour & 15 minutes as a Medical History is taken subsequent treatments are 60 minutes..
